Chili Relleno - A long, roasted green chili stuffed with cream cheese, dipped in a meringue batter and fried. Covered with a spicy sauce.
Burrito - Soft flour tortilla stuffed with meat, chicken, beans or ham and cheese.
Enchiladas Suizas - Soft corn tortilla stuffed with chicken, cooked in a special green tomato sauce and covered with melted cheese.
